Back office sales expert (m/f/x)

Your responsibilities:

  • Managing and developing your own customer base independently.
  • Taking care of the entire order management process, from preparing quotes and entering the order in the system to complaints management, customer service and arranging meetings.
  • Observing markets and tapping into further market potential.
  • Leading sales campaigns and coordinating customer projects.

Your profile:

  • You have successfully completed an apprenticeship in the commercial sector (e.g. as an industrial clerk (m/f/x) or as a wholesale and foreign trade merchant (m/f/x)). Additional qualifications welcome.
  • You have gained previous experience working in sales, preferably in commercial enterprises, as well as experience in analysing the market and competition and deriving suitable measures on this basis.
  • You are proficient in working with MS Office and IT systems.
  • As a skilled communicator, you count negotiating skills, reliability and an independent and structured approach to work among your strengths.
  • You also have a good command of spoken and written English; French and/or other foreign languages are desirable.
